We use a very heavy duty nylon mesh for the entire body of the vest. We use nylon for several reasons: nylon is stronger than cotton and it does not absorb perspiration. Since the entire body is made out of mesh we have maximum breathability in hot weather. Our pockets are made out of nylon pack cloth that is treated for water repellency. This helps keep your equipment dry in all conditions.

Adjustable Sides

Our vests have adjustable sides that allow you to tighten the vest to your body for a snug fit or let it out for a loose fit. You can also loosen your vest in the winter to wear a warm coat under it. Because of the two adjustable side straps you can also get your hands in your jacket pockets to warm your hands on cold days. Every vest is closed in the front with a zipper if you prefer a snug fit or an adjustable chest strap for a loose fit.

Unique Collar

After lengthy testing, we designed a collar system that we call the "PEC". This stands for padded expandable collar. This collar consists of a padded collar portion that wraps around a strong piece of 1 1/2" elastic. This collar provides a shock absorbing effect as opposed to non-elastic fabric collar as most vests have.
